Acceptance
By using this website or the patient portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
No medical advice without a visit
Content on this website — including the blog, peptide library and explainers — is educational. Reading it does not create a physician–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you complete a consultation and Dr. Laeeq agrees to provide care. See our medical disclaimer.
Emergencies
Do not use the website, portal or messaging for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Eligibility and location
Services are for adults 18+. Virtual care is available only to patients physically located in a state where Dr. Laeeq is licensed and the practice operates (Virginia, Maryland, Florida, Texas, California, Pennsylvania, Tennessee) at the time of the visit.
Portal accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Accounts are reviewed and approved by the practice; we may decline, suspend or close accounts that are misused.
Fees and payment
Laeeq M.D. is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Consultation fees cover the physician visit only and do not include labs, medications, compounded preparations or third-party services. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at booking.
Prescriptions
Any prescription is at Dr. Laeeq’s sole medical discretion based on evaluation, applicable law and current FDA rules. Requesting a treatment does not guarantee it will be prescribed.
Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos and other materials on this site belong to Laeeq M.D. and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laeeq M.D. is not liable for damages arising from use of the website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
