The old model waits for disease. We don’t.

Most chronic disease announces itself years in advance, in insulin, lipids, blood pressure, sleep and inflammation. Reading those signals early is the whole point.

Reactive healthcare

The default experience for most adults

  • Waits for symptoms or a diagnosis before acting
  • 15-minute visits that address one complaint
  • “Normal” lab ranges read without context or trends
  • Medication lists that grow without review
  • Prevention limited to an annual checklist

Proactive medicine at Laeeq M.D.

What your first visit looks like here

  • A written, personalized plan reviewed over time

From first visit to a plan that evolves with you.

  1. Step 1

    Consultation

Sixty minutes on your history, medications, prior labs and goals.

  2. Step 2

    Labs

A targeted panel, not shotgun testing, ordered for what we need to know.

  3. Step 3

    Personalized plan

A written plan covering foundations, medications and any therapies.

  4. Step 4

    Optimization

Follow-ups and repeat labs adjust the plan to real results.

Dr. Butt took the time to review years of my lab work that other doctors had glossed over. His Internal Medicine approach identified issues I had been struggling with for years. Within three months of his guidance, my energy levels, sleep quality, and overall health markers improved significantly. He is methodical, caring, and genuinely invested in his patients.
Michael R.Falls Church, VA
After seeing multiple specialists with no answers, Dr. Butt connected the dots during our very first consultation. His thorough lab review and thoughtful medication adjustments made a noticeable difference in my fatigue and metabolic health. I appreciate that he explains the science behind every recommendation.
Patricia H.Austin, TX
I came to Dr. Butt interested in peptide therapy but unsure where to start. He made it clear that we needed a full medical foundation first. After comprehensive lab work and three months of optimizing my baseline health, we had an informed discussion about options. His evidence-based approach gave me confidence in every decision.
Carlos M.Miami, FL
As someone in my 50s focused on longevity and preventive health, finding a physician who understands both traditional Internal Medicine and cutting-edge optimization was invaluable. Dr. Butt does not chase trends; he evaluates the evidence and creates a plan tailored to your labs and goals. His care is truly personalized.
Linda W.Bethesda, MD
Dr. Butt reviewed my entire medication list and identified interactions my previous doctors had missed. His medication management expertise alone was worth the consultation. He communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and treats you like a partner in your own care.
Robert K.Sterling, VA
I was skeptical about virtual consultations, but Dr. Butt changed my mind completely. His virtual visits are as thorough as any in-person appointment I have had. He ordered comprehensive labs, reviewed every marker with me, and created a clear action plan. The convenience of virtual care with his expertise has been life-changing.

No. Laeeq M.D. is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. On request you will receive a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

It is a proactive approach that aims to extend healthspan — the years you live in good health. It combines internal medicine foundations (labs, cardiovascular and metabolic risk, sleep, training, nutrition) with carefully selected therapies, including peptides where the evidence and your situation support it.

Some are. Semaglutide, tirzepatide, tesamorelin and bremelanotide (PT-141) are FDA-approved for specific conditions. Many peptides discussed online, such as BPC-157 and TB-500, are not FDA-approved and have mostly animal data. FDA compounding rules for several peptides changed during 2026 and remain under review. Dr. Laeeq explains the status and evidence for anything discussed.
